Campbell Falls State Preserve, which technically lies on the Massachussetts / Connecticut border (the falls is in Connecticut), is jointly managed by both states. When the land was donated to both states in 1923 by the White Memorial Foundation both states entered into the agreement for mutual management and has been that way ever since.
The 100+ ft waterfall itself is fed by the Whiting River and generally has good water flow throughout the year and is very photogenic except for the large amount of visitors during peak times of the year so plan on some Photoshop wizardy in post.
